What this report is - and isn't
SoilReport summarises USDA NRCS SSURGO soil composition and flags components rated hydric. Hydric soils are commonly associated with wetlands, but soil alone does not determine jurisdictional wetland status. A formal wetland delineation by a qualified environmental consultant is required before clearing, building, permitting, or septic feasibility decisions.
